"Honestly I have the best experience with this place every time. they’re so sweet , kind and understanding. They’ve sold me a Ps5, a gaming desk and a gaming PC !! When the PC i wanted wasn’t here at this store, they ordered it for me and i got it delivered with my desk within days ! Ricky/Ricardo is SO chill and an awesome dude to work with! The manager or supervisor that sold me the Gaming Desk is literally such an incredible person as well he convinced me to buy the desk and in a great deal !! I Will come again and refer my family and friends so they can come here too!!"

"I ordered a recliner online and it was delivered along with BED BUGS. I have called claims and my local store. It's been almost a month and Nobody is returning calls."

"Decided to go back and try this “thing”called rent a center at the commerce city store. I couldn’t believe how funny Nick was, what a people person. I asked if he was new he said “yes, I’m actually the new store manager”. I was astonished no one has ever made me feel so comfortable and not pushed especially in that store. Wherever he came from he’s a blessing! Previous managers should of learned how to be a manager and treat customers like they want to be treated. I also met Jose who delivered a king bed set all alone due to low staff but he had no problem delivering it just to make sure I got it the day I asked for. Seriously the store only had 2 coworkers but they made up for all previous employees there. No one will top my experience at this store. Thank you Nick and Jose the power house of commerce city!"
