"Came in on a day off because my boots needed replacing. I had never used a bootfitter before, so I went through the whole gambit of getting sized, finding a comfortable boot, molding custom insoles, heat molding the liner, the whole nine yards. I had reservations about how small they seemed but I was told that it was normal. Wore them 1.5 days of skiing. I had to stop halfway through the second day because I had severe pain in both of my feet from the small size. My toes were being crushed by the front of my boot while on the slopes, leaving several toes bruised. I went and checked the box, the boots were a full size smaller than what my foot actually measured. Brought boots back, I wanted a refit. Only bootfitter that day was on a 2 hour ski break. Was told they would call when they came back. Didn't get a call, so I came back 30 minutes after their break ended, and was told they wouldn't be available for another 20-30 minutes. 30 minutes later, they said it would be another 45 minutes. I opted to just get a refund. They honored the guarantee, and they seemed empathetic, but I still do not recommend anyone have a bootfitting here. I'm sad because I had always wanted to go through this process, as there is nothing like it near where I live. I also now have skis that have been remounted for boots that I no longer own."
