"Was getting a gift engraved for a newly hired police officer. Wanted the name and badge number along the cuff rail. Well, the lettering was so small you can hardly read it and not where i wanted it to be. Didn't say anything as they had already been ruined. Guess if anyone goes there, talk to the person who will actually be doing the engraving instead of relying on accurate details to be passed on from the person who took your request."
