"We had some trouble transporting our bikes and they had gotten pretty messed up. When we went here to get them fixed, everyone was super nice, and they really knew what they were doing and taught us a lot. The guy that worked on them told us all about specific things to watch out for on our bikes, the reason why we had a problem, and talked to us about our best options for a bike rack to fix it. We said no rush, but when we said we could pick them up either Friday or Tuesday, they rushed to get them done so we could have them for the weekend. We got there right before they closed to pick them up, but had to fix our hitch from previous damage before we put the bikes on, and the guy that worked on the bikes still came out a while after they had closed to show us the best way to use the new bike rack and double check all the screws. He said he takes care of the bikes like they're his until they're gone, and we definitely believe that. We haven't had a problem since!"
