Reviews
"John is professional. Had many run with sensors on left and right side. So we can get the data on the computer. So far this is the best and most accurate bike fitting I have ever had. Highly recommend."
"I went in for a bike fit with John and I loved every minute of it. Not only is John very knowledgeable in his field but he also helps you to understand the science behind all the numbers and values on the fitting screen. In addition John has great people skills and is truly invested in your development as a cyclist."
"John was extremely professional and very knowledgeable while fitting me on my road bike. My comfort and performance were his upmost concern and I enjoyed every minute of my fitting session. Highly recommended!"
"Bought my first TRI bike and John came highly recommended from my coach. John was great. I went in about 5 times over the years - trying out different saddles and after a crash I had. It was a great experience. Was having some pain in my legs and shoulder areas and after my first appointment it was gone. Highly recommend his services. 10 days out from my first Ironman and with his help, I am starting to love the bike."
"When I decided to get a custom bike, my first choice was a popular shop in Salt Lake City, since it was the nearest one and since I had utilized their services in the past. However, for reasons that are unclear, they failed to follow up on my inquiries, despite repeated calls. If I use the cliche that it was a blessing in disguise, that would be a huge understatement. John was very prompt, courteous and detailed in his responses. He explained the process of building a custom bike very well and guided me through the entire process. His suggestions and recommendations matched my desire for form matching function. When we, that is I and my wife, picked up the bike in late September, he sat down with us to discuss two other issues (one related to a running injury and the other a bike fit issue for my wife) and made suggestions. In fact, the change he made to my wife's bike has made a huge difference in comfort. A few days ago, our regard for him increased manifold during a rather embarrassing, but amusing little incident. We were riding near St. George, UT when I got a flat. John had recommended the use of the new DT skewers that work a little differently. When my initial attempts at releasing the wheel failed, my wife made a "desperate" call to John! She could only get to his answering machine. While she was searching the web to figure out how to operate the QR, and while I tried to awaken the "dormant engineer" in me (non-existent, to be honest), John called back within minutes to help us out. If that isn't quality service, I wouldn't know what it is. All in all, it was a fantastic experience working with John. I would recommend his services whole heartedly, any time."
