"The Bike Shop fixed a factory issue on my Knee Rover’s braking system (scooter crutch for my recently operated ankle). They diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it very quickly while walking me through the fix, which I found very helpful in case the issue arises again. Not only that but they did it free of charge even though I insisted on paying. Great staff, very knowledgeable, and they run a very well-kept and stocked store.
