"I had a 20-year-old swivel rocker repaired. Broken frame. The frame repair appears adequate and solid, but they made a minor mistake. They put the swivel base back on upside down, so the chair did not rock back properly! Fortunately, I had the proper Torx bit to take the base off and rotate it 180 degrees. Chair now "sits" like it should! Minor but shows a lack of attention to detail."
