"A friend had recommended I try buying jeans form the Buckle. She raved about how helpful the staff always was with her and how she always left pleased with her fabulous purchases. She recently tried a high waisted style that she felt I would also enjoy. I had the exact opposite experience today when I attempted to shop your location in Mesa Mall. Being it was a Tuesday afternoon and not at all busy, I felt it would be a great time to go in without having to fight big crowds of people. Upon entering the store, I observed several female workers stocking a large area of jeans. Great! They were in the precise location I needed. WRONG! I was not only ignored, but several other people who came in after me were greeted and promptly assisted in their shopping needs. I ventured to the rear of the store and a very sleepy looking fellow was jeered by his coworkers and asked did he have a nice nap? I can only assume that the truly disheveled looking young man had indeed just woken up from a nap. I once again attempted to look for some items to purchase and not only was I completely ignored, I was actually made to feel like I was in the way of the girls stocking the jeans. I promptly went to American Eagle and was assisted in purchasing multiple pairs of jeans. I will not ever enter your store again."

"The customer service is AMAZING!!! I have a hard time finding jeans that fit and normally give up. At the Buckle, they asked questions and listened and brought pant after pant fitting my answers. They would check on my at the fitting room and make adjustments based on what I tried and liked, and didn't like! They were so amazingly patient and so helpful, that I actually found jeans that fit, that look good, and that are comfortable!!! I am willing to pay more for jeans just for tue customer service experience. The general manager himself helped me out and it is obvious he is teaching his employees to do the same! So loved my last 2 experiences there! Thank you Buckle!!! I dont dread jean shopping anymore!"
