"They are typically really helpful but I bought a shirt at Christmas for my son when he opened it on Christmas morning it had a hole in it. I was unable to return it until now however when I tried they said it had to be in Re-sellable condition and said it looks washed even with their tags still attached. I won’t be shopping here again and I don’t recommend anyone else does if they are ok selling damage merchandise and refusing to exchange it."

"Great selection of clothes and snow boards. Only thing was employess didn't ask me if I need anything: help or want to look at something or even if I had any questions. If they would have I may have bought snowboard boots and bindings. I really liked the board I was checking out."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about both times I visited this store in the last few weeks. In this town, generally customer service is poor at best; which I believe is why so many of us shop online anymore. So when I needed to go to a store that is generally focused towards folks younger than I, I was not looking forward to it. However, I was BLOWN AWAY with both my experiences here! The young man and young lady were both super friendly, helpful, honest, cheerful, fair prices … you name it. I wish more establishments provided this level of service!!
