"Great place to get a haircut. However, you will have to schedule for next Christmas if you want to get one. My work schedule is on call 24/7 and not conducive to making reservations. Getting a haircut should not be a rocket launch or the equivalent of scheduling open heart surgery. When I walk in, that is because that is the time I have to get one. You offer walk-ins but never have any availability. Have one barber totally dedicated to only walk-ins or don't offer it as an option if you can't support it."

"Absolutely destroyed my beard. Been working on growing it for the last 6 months and the Barber decided to try to make me look like I'm out of Hunger games. Literal triangle point to my beard, underside completely messed up and lined side's way to low. I had to completely shave down to stubble again to start over. All I originally asked for was helped to get the sides burns maintained nothing to do with the main body of my beard. Do not trust them for your beard!"
