"I told them about a cowlick. completely overcompensated for it. gave me a different haircut and the customer service was horrible. he told me it was symmetrical, although one side was extremely high and the other was low. It as if he thought the top of my head was where my part is. extending the fade from the right side to be very high. he made it look like a pony tail and a strand on the side of my hair that makes me look gothic or something. really unbelievable!!!! I tried to schedule with a more competent person but they said they would charge me again."
