"My friend and I had come to Party City to try and find accessories for her Great Gatsby themed Party. Not only did she find what she was looking for but we also received great customer service. Management and staff were at their highest peak at serving us as customers. Laughter and smiles are what kept us shopping. When it is authentic..you will know and not have a problem with spending money and/or wanting to come back. Yes we could have done online shopping but we decided to go to the original store for her shopping needs. So many businesses are closing down and it's sad because people need jobs and our youth will need good/fun companies to work for. This store can offer this. So when we as consumers come to places like this for our shopping needs and get a good review..then we will offer the same. Hopefully this keeps going and we all have something great to look forward to in the future. Thank you Management and staff at Party City. Have a wonderful Happy New Year to you and your families."
"Truly terrible customer service. Came to buy a costume the website said was in stock, but the woman at the counter told me it was “in the back” and but she would not bring it out to me. After steadfastly refusing to sell a product she admitted they had with no reason given other than “I’m not allowed” (what?!), I asked to talk to the manager. the woman gave me the classic “she’s unavailable” and refused to do anything further. Not worth wasting your time on this place."
