"This was my first time trying it and wow- the food was phenomenal! We had the pad thai and the pineapple fried rice. It was so tasty. Spiciness levels were on point! The restaurant is cute and the service was great."
"We stopped in honor of Lunar New Year for a casual lunch. There’s lots of good options. We started with fish cakes which were interesting, but I probably wouldn’t order again. It was my first time tasting them so I don’t really have much of a point of comparison. The spring rolls were crispy and really tasty – – a great choice. The Pineapple fried rice was an interesting dish and I’m glad to have I had it for lunch but again I wouldn’t choose this one again. I think it lacked flavor and direction. I would’ve liked some fresh herbs with it and a touch more salt. The Tom Kha coconut-based soup is rich and complex. Set with a spice level of four out of six, it did not disappoint. There were lots of fresh vegetables in the soup, and the brown rice was a terrific addition. The star of the show was the coconut ice cream, and the fried banana rolls with honey. These are fabulous!"
"I took my family there . We had pineapple fried rice, Pad Thai (Vegan), Rama Curry , wonton cheese (Vegan) and Ice Cream. This place take Vegan Food seriously Everything was Amazing!!! The service was great. I will definitely go back."
"Tried out Anchan Thai yesterday with a friend and was surprised by how wonderful the experience was. The staff and owner were incredibly kind and personable, and the food was delicious. The owner let us try a couple of ice creams and they were like nothing I've ever had before. So good and not overly sweet. The complexity of flavors in all the dishes were wonderful. The vegan and gluten free options were plentiful. The picture of the drunken noodles is after eating to my heart's desire and still having a tremendous amount of leftovers. I'll definitely be making this my go-to place cor Thai food"
"Best Thai food in the area! Very warm and welcoming staff and food is delicious. I am picky and tend to be disappointed when I try a place based on reviews but this restaurant has been very good. :-) I don't eat animal products so all my dishes have been vegan. The vegan wontons are so good you don't need the sauce they serve with them. The spring rolls are large and the peanut sauce they serve with them is excellent. It would be nice if they added some Thai basil or mint to the spring rolls but they are good with the sauce. They are also large. Note my picture below is after I took a bit out of one piece. :-) My absolutely favorite dish is Rad Na which I keep forgetting to get a picture of but it has many layers of flavor to it. It's best to get that dish at the restaurant as the thick noodles will quickly clump together. I also like my food spicy and unlike some places in town, they actually make it spicy when requested. They have a range to 6 so the spiciness can be adjusted to anyone's preferences. Level 6 is Thai hot which I can eat but I find the flavor balance to be better at 5. My friend is more sensitive to spicy and tried 2 and then 3 on the next trip which was perfect for him. They also have several desserts that are vegan. I tried the Mango Mousse which is tasty. The Anchan tea is fun (it's blue) and it's very mild but nice. I've only gotten it hot, there is a cold option too. Pictured the yummy vegan wontons (non vegan available too), a Thai eggplant stir fry, Mango Mousse, spring rolls and a sweet and sour stir fry."
