"Pleased with all our Bosch appliances we got. After much aggravation trying to clean our supposed “self cleaning “ oven we called Bosch to find out our model is not self cleaning. Called Thurstons in Telluride and spoke to the original sales person we bought through and he told us he thought all the ovens were self cleaning and he wasn’t going to buy us another one. Needless to say now we are stuck with an oven that must be manually cleaned :("
