Reviews of Coal Creek Disc Golf Course
"Amazing course that is pretty open and easy to navigate. Every hole seems to have a beautiful view! Great course for players of all skill levels!"
"This hilly and open course with a fair number of obstacles and an incessant WIND that makes shots a challenge. Keeping your disc in the fairway, even if short, has great benefits here. You may lose discs in the rough during the growing season. If you play late May through late August...be ready for an abundance of mosquitoes. Come prepared. Those little vampires will ruin your game and the enjoyment of playing."
"Great course with nice elevation changes. Good variety of short and long holes. I have been there on hot days - that's when you really notice there isn't much shade. The only trees are near the canal and lots of holes stray away from the the canal. The baskets away from the canal don't have many obstacles. If it had more trees/obstacles, its 5-stars for sure. And you really can't beat the view!"
"Fantastic course. It has a nice map at the front with a practice basket. The holes are laid out well and provide a nice mix of difficulty. Good course for beginners. Not much shade."
"Awesome new course!! Was hesitant to play as it looks like a giant field of boring. Far from it!! Very well designed layout uses rolling hills, the few tres, and some water ways to make a very playable experience. Concrete pads are perfect and baskets are all nice and new. Distance on many holes is deceiving, making it a little harder, also. Excellent place to work on the long drives and approach shots. Other thoughts, very dog friendly and amazing views."
