"Got a special on a full set and had never had extensions before. Was so excited. Always had nice, long lashes that got lots of compliments but wanted to stop using damaging mascara. Got full set but left eye was all wonky with lashes going wrong direction. Booked fill at one week to fix and adjust to what I wanted. Lashes were so flat she couldn't fill, had to remove. Then lashes were too slick to redo so asked me to rebook. Got home and now I have almost no eyelashes. They are all broken off and yanked out from removal. My once beautiful lashes gone. This has been a horrible experience and I'm literally grieving the loss of my eyelashes which were my best feature. Would not recommend. Didn't want to post, but only posting a review to warn others."
