"First off, this place's ambience is off the charts. I'm particularly in love with the fireplace lounge, full of long sofas and club chairs, dimmer lighting, incredible views and plenty of space between guests. But the real reason my partner and I keep coming back is our favorite server Ike. Truly have never experienced such attentive service- he is always proactive and ready when we needed something from our very first time there. Has great recommendations for apps and drinks, and generally just super kind and charismatic. On one occasion I left a notebook on accident, and he came down the 10 floors and into the rain to give it to me as we were getting into the car. They don't make servers like him anymore! 10/10 recommend this place, and remember.....always ask for Ike. :)"

Everyone I've interacted with, from the front desk person in the lobby to the people working events in Reynard Social on the 6th floor, has been friendly and helpful. Also, it has great vibes and views. Definitely a repeat place."

"Great setting to have drinks with friends and loved ones. Came here after visiting Red rock on a cold day in December, and it felt so warm, and relaxing with lite music and nice ambience! We had few drinks and yummy appetizers. Drinks were bitter than we'd have expected."
