"Michaela did an awesome job on my hair. Its super long and needed a very over due trim. Im pretty basic but she went above and beyond with a through consult to ensure I got what I wanted and needed for my lifestyle (and laziness). She also dried and styled it for me which a lot of others don’t do. Very happy with my cut and will be returning."

"Went to Michaela for a balayage & afterwards we both did not like my final hair color. She said to come back after a few hair washes and she’d add more color. After attempting to contact her a couple times, she gave me a day to come in. When that day came, she said she “forgot to add me and already left the office.” SO unprofessional, let alone the entire first appt she kept mentioning that she doesn’t get along with people. Overall, I simply wouldn’t recommend. Spend your $140 elsewhere. I see my review isn’t the only one with this type of situation with Michaela."
