"I have been coming to Grand Nail for over 5 years and love them here!! They are truly so friendly and all their nails techs are amazing. B has been doing my nails for years and is awesome! The service menu is vast which makes it nice to choose how much you want to spend on a mani/pedi knowing what you are getting. The room is clean and the color choices seem endless. They most recently did my nails for my wedding and I just have to shoutout what an INSANE job they did. For the flower build, B passed my nails to another tech specializing in nail design which I greatly appreciated. Grand Nail is the best family owned nail salon who remembers their regulars and takes care of all their walk ins just the same."

"Signed in for appointment picked color. Waited around for a few minutes. A few employees didn't have customers. Someone asked if a tech could take me. She was engaged on something on her phone. Nail tech was not very friendly Wanted me to remove own polish even though I was charged for removal. When asking questions she didn't really answer , but another customer would try to offer suggestions. Her next appointment arrived early, and I could tell she was rushing to get through my appointment. Didn't put enough coats on so nail was still somewhat transparent. When it came to the massage part of manicure she just rubbed lotion on quickly. Went back the next day for another coat. Which made a huge difference, but nail had chipped by the end of the day. Never had that happen with gel before. I get things happen, but for price I was paying and was just looking for the services that were listed on the description of the manicure."
