"I decided to get my hair died at this location thinking these people were highly qualified! Apparently they don’t listen to the customers request and do whatever think that is best for them!!! Honestly I am the one paying money here and I’m not satisfied !!!! Still mad lol how my hair came out all they care about is there numbers !!! Meaning they will rush your appointment to get to another person to me that’s low quality I went their expecting high quality never again is all I am going to say they need to slow down !!!! And pay attention to quality and what the customer wants instead of rushing through their clients they literally had 3X clients while I was in the process of getting my hair done with this one hair stylist !!!! Worst worst worst wast of money is all I can say don’t go hear unless you wanna be rushed and they don’t pay attention too what you are asking for lol"

"Stopped in to use my $10 coupon :) a lovely sales floor lady helped color match some foundation for me. I wish I would have remembered her name to give her a shout out. She was very kind and helpful picking out the exact color for me. It would have been nice to be able to sample smell some fragrances, but there wasn't any out to try. Besides that my experience has been A+ from the minute I walked into the door to checking out."

"Stephanie did my hair a few days ago, and let me tell you I think this is the first time I am truly happy with my hair. I always say, "yes I love it," because you know.. millennial but this time I actually love it. she didn't try and bump me up to the next service to make more money and she did exactly what I wanted. I also appreciate not having to talk the entire appointment. it was so relaxing, I would recommend her to everyone."

"Huge improvement from my first experiences at this location (Broadmoor-Southgate). I came in within an hour of opening and the staff was stocking shelves and some had dusters out, making everything look great, from displays to actual instock. Staff appeared very much working on their many tasks. Only one person asked if I needed anything (I didn't) and I politely declined, but there were many employees visible, appearing concentrated on their duties. After looking at things, I picked up my order(s), which was filled record fast just two days prior, within half an hour to an hour of placing order(!). They already had a person handling orders and there was no wait, near register and the girl who helped me was very sweet and showed me each item, which was great. She was also very effecient and had all stickers off and onto her clipboard, and treated my items with care. Store has a good selection and tend to have items Cinema Point location doesn't and vice versa. The customer staff at checkout were smiling today and gave off a much happier and positive vibe than my first interaction at this place. Testers and displays overall looked good with perhaps exception of Morphe area, as I like to shop both sides of store. Their large palettes in particular didn't look good at all, and maybe that's just an oversight. Other parts of store had testers labeled and looking good enough to inspect at least for "window shopping". Nice, airy space, well lit and good parking in front of store, including handicap parking by the door. Quality of staff today was a positive experience."
