"I have been going to Sweety every 2 weeks for almost 2 years & I have had nothing but amazing experiences with her. My lashes always look beautiful and I’ve never had any issues. Sweety’s space is clean & inviting. She is one of the most genuine people, she makes me feel appreciated & cared for, listening to everything I have going on in my life. On top of that, Sweety is extremely professional & if I ever did have an issue arise I can guarantee she would handle it with respect and care. I am so grateful to have found Sweety for all my lash & skincare needs. Thank you, Sweety!"
"Terrible experience from the beginning with getting a lash lift by the owner herself... immediate reaction to the chemicals, walked out of there with swollen and red/itchy eyes, texted her about it and she agreed to give me a free eyebrow service after my horror experience in her chair.... never even happened!! Unprofessional all around and just a saddening experience for me personally, and it's been months.. still haven't hear back from her after texting her multiple times, and my lashes will NEVER be the same so that's great..... im left with falling out brittle lashes. I had such great natural lashes beforehand that's why I opted for lash lift vs. extensions... full regret:("
"I didn’t want to wear mascara for my daughters wedding because I knew there would be tears. Friends recommended eyelash extensions for all the festivities. Sweety had great reviews from other clients and she lived up to all the great reviews. My eyelash extensions still look great a week after the wedding. The place was clean and Sweety took her time to professionally put the individual eyelashes on. I highly recommend."
"This after getting hybrid lashes on Wednesday.. I was really hesitant on posting this just because I’m not sure if this is normal. My eyelashes have immediately started falling out.. I asked for hybrid and it’s just wasn’t a good look at all. At first I was told I was missing quite a few natural lashes so some spots would be blank. I just feel like I should’ve been denied service because now everything I paid for has been falling out. 160$ not including the 46$ tip. I usually do my own lashes and get a fuller look and they last way longer. I don’t think I’ll ever pay to get lashes “professionally” done again. The service it’s self was great , technician was super friendly and informative about the process. I even purchased the after care kit and cleanser. Just not worth the amount paid for how long they last.. I got them done 5days ago. I wish other better luck for their experience."
"I went for first time eyelashes. The job wasn't done by the owner but by another person. The procedure itself was painful, later I found out it should not have been. Every lash was a poke on my eyelid, for two hours. But the worst was that the Cotton placed on top of the bottom lashes was inside my eye, which caused me a lacerations and burn. I was going crazy in my house, I couldn't open the eyes, I tried with drops and it got worse since the glue was now also in my eyes. Desperate I looked online how to remove them and although it was painful I took them off because there was just no way I could be with them on anymore. Finally, once removed, my eyes were completely irritated and swollen. Next day I talked to Sweety and we were going to meet at her store. When I arrived she wasn't even there, but the same person who hurt me the previous evening. She offered to finishing removing the glue, which NO WAY that woman was going to be near my eyes ever again. I left, disappointed and in pain, straight to the urgent care where I was prescribed some meds for the eyes. When I talked to Sweety again, she refused to give me my money back, mentioning her refund policies. This was not that I didn't like the eyelashes, or that I had an allergic reaction, this was malpractice. I guess because Sweety herself is allergic to the glue she has no idea how the people she hires work. She ruined the experience, and Sweety ketp my 200$ for burning my eyes with the Cotton rubbing the inside. She offered to do the eyelashes herself. There is no way that I would EVER go to her place again and trust her or anybody I know. I will be sure of that. I didn't want to out a bad review on a new business owned by a woman, because I know the struggle but she didn't give me any other option."
