"Had my hair cut here back in April and it was amazing. I received compliments for weeks. Today, I went in for a simple cut, wanting a cut to my collar bone with not really any layers. Left with a cut above my shoulders with so many layers that my fine hair just clings to my head. I called to talk to the team and was told they have a 10 day guarantee, which won’t help with a too-short cut. The manager was apologetic, but didn’t offer any help. Edit. The owner called me the next day and offered a refund or another haircut once my hair grows out. While I wish the cut were more to my liking, the customer service is outstanding."
