Desiree doesn't rush, she takes time and does an excellent work. My highlights colour lasts from visit to visit. I love the atmosphere in the salon, everyone is kind and friendly. The product selection is great and prices are decent."

"The online booking is very user friendly and over the last year I've had color and cuts with several different stylists at JCP Salon and have no complaints. If I sit with someone new, they've always called ahead of time to get a better idea of what I'm looking for. More than once I've relied on a JCP stylist's recommendation when I wanted a big change or needed a specific result like adding volume through a cut or picking the right product to add shine but not weigh down my hair. It's also really convenient to have a Sephora a few steps away when you make a color change and need new brow pencils/gel to complete the look."

"I had an appointment there last Sat for a hair cut and color. I wanted purple hair and kept telling the hair dresser there that I want the color to show. Kara did a good job with the hair cut . However, there was NO purple showing. I would not complain if I could see something purple but not a single strain of hair was purple and I got charged full price for it. I would not suggest any one to go there for a hair color."
