"I developed a big tangle near the back of my scalp that I couldn't get out myself. This happened 1 time before when I was in hospital and the location by my old house got it out with deep conditioning and detangle treatment. Then gave me a shoulder length layer which is exactly what I needed this time. I knew it would take several hours and planned to pay appropriately. This lady BUTCHERED my waist length hair, didn't even try to put my head in sink for conditioning&detangle. Told me it would take too long. I now have to wear a wig. Thankfully the Manager is getting rid of this lady, refunding my $ and offered free appts for months. My once beautiful long hair now looks like a drunk person took scissors and started chopping. Not sure how to add photos from my Android phone or I would."

"Do not use this location!!!!! We have used others in the area without a problem. We told them trim up the sides leave the top alone. They not only did not leave the top alone they cut it so crooked. We did not realize until we got how home crooked the front was because she "styled" it for him. We did not have time to make it in last week to have them fix it and they refuse to fix it because it has been 7 days. They picture above was after I straightened it out a bit so he would actually go to school."
