Looked more like a sweatshop with the customer service to match."

"I can't believe anyone would ever want to come here. I walked in and was immediately hit with a really bad smell, maybe burnt wax but I couldn't tell. Then, while getting helped, the woman couldn't find my appointment. So I had to reschedule. Then the next time, I wanted a slight trim, maybe 1-2 inches off. My hair was about at mid-back before, but when I left, my hair was above my shoulders. I don't think that was 1-2 inches. Please save your hair and time by not coming here."

"Unbelievably poor customer service. I wasn't aware that they only took appointments, and not walk-ins. After walking in, I was immediately "greeted" with dirty looks and weird stares. I stood at the desk for about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. The blonde woman who began helping me was very unhelpful and short with me. The way she was talking to me was very demeaning. She treated me as if I was an idiot because I didn't know the salon only took appointments. I wish I could give zero stars."
