"Do not go to her. I try to give her the benefit of the doubt because she’s an entrepreneur. She’s working outside of her house and I understand she has kids but she’s very unprofessional. She rescheduled my appointment several times. When she did my first set of eyelashes, she did a very rush job. I contacted her and let her know that several of the eyelashes were glued to one another, and they were causing irritation of my eyes. She reinsured that this happens from time to time because of the style of lashes, I got, which are volume wispy lashes. She scheduled my appointment two weeks out from when I got my first set. The day of my appointment she told me she would have to reschedule my appointment because she knew that I would need a full set of eyelashes after only two weeks, which is ridiculous. Lashes should last 2 to 3 weeks in only need a fill with good retention. A few of her appointments canceled on her so she decided to fit me in and be able to do it feel when she did my fill she glued several lashes on top of each other causing even more of my lashes to pull in, come out. I have requested a refund and have not heard back from her. She’s very unprofessional because I feel as though if you reschedule on your clients several times or you push the appointment back several times, you should compensate them for their time. Also, if you make a mistake. You should refund people their money, especially if you’re damaging their natural lashes. I am lash certified myself, so I know how glad she should be applied and this is not one of them. I feel like she picks and chooses who lashes she does the correct way in those are the only one she has posted on her website."
