"DO NOT GO HERE! There are so many better options in Parker. It seems inexpensive but they slap on so many extra charges and end up paying $70 for a dip manicure on natural nails. And they will not let you know anything is additional. They just say I’m going to cut your cuticles… $10 later."
"I got my nails done today and the already look weeks overgrown. When I told the ladies that the did not paint it all I was told that it was my cuticles and that that is how they are supposed to look. I asked how much it would cost for then to just repaint it and was told it would be $20."
"Use to be great but has really gone down hill. Came in, with an appointment, to get dip taken off our nails & left with pieces of dip still on, not filed and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They were in such a hurry to help people that came in after us, without an appointment, that they didn’t want to help us since we weren’t doing manicures. That will be the last time we go there and won’t send others there again. Customer service at its worst."
