"Yeah, this place isn't good. It's the definition of hit or miss. You either get a really good haircut by someone who knows what they're doing, or you're like me and let the blonde woman do it and have her completely massacre your hair. I went in last night for a small trim and she is completely obtuse to how she thinks hair should look. I'm a regular here and this was my last straw. My haircut every time I come in is "2 on the sides and back, and a trim off the top". How do you mess that up? There are people who work here who are really good at what they do, but the woman who did my hair isn't one of them. So, yeah. I'm never coming back. I don't know how you can have both great stylists and yet such awful ones."

"I went to this location for my 10 year old brother. I was precise with how I wanted his haircut. When the lady asked me if that looked fine, I asked her to blend it more because the blending was uneven. While that was happening, this other lady who also worked there approached us asking for me to repeat. She had short red hair with bangs and her hair was cut unevenly(talk about a red flag). I repeated myself asking to blend the hair. She had horrible attitude and it completely ruined my day. My brother hates his haircut. On the back one of his edges is a square and the other is round. Along with a bad haircut came a worse experience because of the attitude. I was simply explaining how my brother wants his haircut. The sides aren’t blended well and looks terrible. The front is so incredibly uneven. At the end I didn’t even want to mention all of that because they were being really negative and nothing that I said could’ve made a difference. I’m very salty. Literally never get a haircut from this location ever, seriously. I mean, who wants to go to a salon to get a haircut from a hairdresser who has choppy, nasty, red, uneven hair."
