"Today we had two appointments here at 1pm. One for a full set and one for a pedicure. It was for 1 pm. At about 1:30 I was sent in the back to sit on a pedicure chair and nothing was ready for me. No water, person, or anything. I was just told to sit and wait, and when I asked what was going on the owner/manager raised his voice at me and said that they had other people in front of my two appointments. He then confirmed my two appointments that were scheduled for 1 pm, but did not start my pedicure. This place is not like it used to be. There is rude crew/or new management. They do not have any respect for other people’s time. There were only four workers, and they should not have allowed me to make an appointment if he knew he didn’t have staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME."

"This is the first time n my 83 years of life that I have a professional manicure. Lia did my pedicure and my manicure and she was so kind and compassionate. When I needed to stop at one point she walked with me to the ladies room and waited for me until I was ready walking me back as if to be caring for something fragile. When we were done my nails and feet looked amazing. I will look fabulous at my granddaughters wedding thanks to the professionalism of Le Nails. Highly recommended!"
