"I'm a regular at Floyd's, but my recent haircut at the this branch was incredibly disappointing. I specifically requested an inch off my hair, but unfortunately, I ended up with an inch of hair left. During the cut, the stylist kept me positioned away from the mirror, which made it difficult to gauge the length. When I finally saw the results, it was horrible. I spoke to the manager, who seemed to misunderstand my complaint. They explained that hair can't be grown back (which I'm obviously aware of) and offered to waive the current bill and give me a free haircut next time. Frankly, a complimentary haircut doesn't address the issue. Having a significant amount of hair unexpectedly removed is a major styling setback. Stylist has no clue to fix the hair , other than suggesting to make sides more shorter. Hopefully, this feedback will help someone who visits here."

"Came in today in a pinch for a kids cut. Our stylist was an older female and she was absolutely rude, seemed uncomfortable with kids cuts, did the bare minimum while telling us we should go to a kids barber. She didn't try to talk to or show any of the tools to my son to smooth out the process. She was jumpy and kept pulling both her hands back frantically, and I wish she would have flat out said she's not comfortable cutting kids hair. Not sure why she accepted a "kids cut" appointment! Definitely won't be back! Our reservation said her name was Tamara, but I'm not sure because she never introduced herself (or smiled once)."

"I’m extremely picky so I definitely lucked out in finding Tamara. She’s an amazing colorist (which I need because I like to try different things and refuse to have a full head of “normal”) and she cuts my hair perfectly. She checks in if we make a change so that we’re always improving. Specifically regarding this location, the flexibility of management to try my specific greying blend so that I could keep my usual routine every three weeks was next level! Really appreciated it. It’s so nice to frequent a place that truly cares."

"Absolutely BUTCHERED my kids hair. Came back the next day, asked if they could do a quick fix. They said they don’t see my previous reservation. I showed them a picture my Wife took of him getting the haircut with the stylist in the photo. That stylist was there, with not customers. Just sitting there. I asked if we could have her take 2 minutes to fix those bad spots. They said, we can fit him in 4 hours from now. Insanity"

"I’m a guy with longer hair and I always have such a hard time getting a good haircut. I always walk away disappointed or unsatisfied. I came here and got Maria and it was the best haircut I’ve ever had. She was extremely understanding, helpful, and talked me through what she was doing the whole time. She was also great to talk to while I was here. Highly recommend coming in and getting Maria if you’re reading this review"
