"Today was my first visit to the I-70 & Tower location in Aurora, CO. I was a walk in so they added me to the "checked in" list and I sat down to wait for the estimated 25 minutes. Even though they were very busy, within 10 minutes the stylist Pi brought me back to her chair. She was very friendly and cleared a space on her counter for my purse as I proceeded to let her know I would need a shampoo and haircut. Pi took her time (not in a lollygagging type of way) and gave me one of the best scalp massages I've ever had. For my haircut she again took her time and checked to make sure my hair was even when she was done. I never felt like she was rushing because they were busy. Pi was great. I've found my new stylist!!"

"The two people working were very unfriendly and acted strongly like my sister and I were a nuisance to them. The guy on the Monday shift had a rough touch and rude manners, after making it apparent how annoyed he was that the check in service wasn't working for me, he started checking himself out in the mirror, messing with his dreads and hat all the while ignoring me while standing RIGHT in front of me on the chair, between me and the mirror. This went on for over ten seconds, making it uncomfortable, but clear he was frustrated. His fingers smelled so strongly like cigarettes, since he'd just come in from a smoking break as we went in. No washing hands before starting, so the smell stayed the whole time while he was touching my hair. The area where I sat was dirty and he barely gave it any attention before he started to do my hair more rough than I'm used to at any other places. Both he and the lady working there Monday the 22nd (2023) were very unfriendly, to the point of making things awkward. I hated having to pay anything for such bad service. I wanted my face framed with bangs and he did it well the first time, a few months ago, but this time, his bad mood was too much and it showed clearly with the cut. I got no bangs at all and even though he could tell I was displeased at the end, he said nothing at my displeased expression and just waited for us to leave. No thank you or ANY amount of basic politeness. Horrible. Never going there again. That whole area sucks with cell phone service and if you don't check in before going, they treat you impolitely, even if you're willing to wait and make no fuss. Honestly, I hate feeling like a nuisance to a company and place I'm giving my money to, but this particular place was the worst."

"I go here all the time .. and honestly I wait to long before cuts. But my barber Guy is always ready to cut through the long hair and get the job done. The past 3 or 4 times he has been fantastic"
