"First visit to this shop and I probably won't be back. Pedicure was "okay" but not worth the price. My full set however is a disaster. Nails are lumpy and thick, which I knew would happen when the tech was working the product. It's like they were new and unsure of how to complete the design. Instead of stating she couldn't do it, she proceeded for the sake of the sale. For a full set & spa pedicure this was a $200 transaction that I kinda regret. Best intentions with an unfortunate outcome"

"I came from NYC and stumbled upon the greatest spot at Novae. Sandy was amazing - she fixed two broken nails perfectly, and her attention to detail was impressive. The color palette was lovely, and the pedicure and massage were on point. I left feeling relaxed and with beautiful nails. Highly recommend!"
