"I have been a faithful customer since 2018. I love getting my hair braided here but the stylist keeps changing her prices. She was angry with another client for not bringing more money for the style she wanted. My stylist said if I bring my own hair, my style would be less expensive but it was more. As of 12-21-2019, looking for another person to braid my hair. I will refer my friends and family to someone else."

"I went to Alice a few weeks ago for knot less box braids, first of all the braids weren’t knotless secondly once she got to the middle of my head she started parting huge sections thinking that I wouldn’t see it once I took the bun down... I called her the following week after taking the bun down and noticing it, she told me to come back so she could “fix” my hair... when I returned she didn’t speak, she had a very nasty attitude and once again she provided shady service by not braiding the braids to the end like before ☹️ I wasn’t aware of this until once again I took the tacky bun down! I guess she was upset because I called her out on the service I received so she didn’t put much effort in correcting the problem!!! I called her once again and she hung up on me! DO NOT go to this shop! Very unprofessional!!!"

"I went in at 12:45 to get my hair simply braided into a ponytail. It was fed in braids so it would’ve been about 10 braids. I had to make them take my hair down twice before Alice came over and did a hairstyle I didn’t even want. Then she had the nerves to charge me $100 after I sat there for 4 hours . It has no AC, flies landing all on you and the place does not look professional at all. I would give it no stars if possible but I will never go back there. Then they don’t take card so I had to walk to an ATM to get cash. This was the worse Salon experience I have ever had and I nearly cried in the chair."
