"Had an appointment, the nail tech set me up at a pedicure chair and told me she would be 5-10 minutes late due to another challenging client. Ended up taking a half hour to start my nails and they only started after I told them I couldn’t wait and needed to leave. Pedicure was fine. Dip nails were disappointing. Tech dipped my nail into the pot instead of using a secondary container which is unsanitary. Finished product was uneven with flecks of things other than polish on my nails. Disappointing experience especially for the price."

"I used to go this nail salon as a kid. I was home visiting and went to check this place out for a pedicure and full set and it was great! I had a wonderful experience and it was great to see the new owners put so much thought into the renovation of the salon! Excited to come again next time I’m in town!"

"If I could leave zero stars, I would! I’ve been going to this nail shop for years when it was nail studio. There are new owners who give it the old school “hurry up and buy” feeling. It’s not classy AT ALL inside, a man is all in the way trying to only offer high priced items when you know what you came for, and it gives “sweat shop” vibes. I’ll never be back. Go back to 6th and Peoria because it seems like you all are really 1st nails/ nails first. Terrible customer service treating people like they steal services."
