"I wish I could give her 0 stars... She did my brows and 1 is up and 1 is down. I asked for brown and she gave me black she says it's brown but it looks black. Then she will tell you that you come back in 6 weeks for a touch up and try to charge you again when she initially told me it was no charge when you come back. Do you research because it permanent and don't waist your time with chi!"
