"The cashier was rude when she asked for my phone number and I kindly declined. She proceeded to get an attitude and stated “just so you’re clear, you won’t be allowed to return this if you don’t like the product”, then rung up my item and slid said product rather aggressively. When you’re a face of customer service, that is truly unacceptable, said employee did not have to catch an attitude and a tone. Said employee was blonde with facial piercings. I will go across town to other beauty supply stores if this is how I will be treated."

She walked me to the area I needed to be looking in for what i asked her about. She was knowable on Ultas products she even saved me money!! she stayed with me, answered my questions, even though there was a line gathering. she never made me feel anyone else was more important Then the customer (me) in front of her who she was helping at that time!
