"I had expressed interest for a consultation, I got the automatic texts here and there saying ‘Book an Appointment’ and junk like that. This was until a phone number called me, to which I didn’t answer. Sometimes these people will call you, asking if you’re still interested. Usually I told them I was no longer interested, but I still received calls and texts here and there. Texts began to come through taunting me using my name at 7pm. I was confused and asked the person who they were. “Trishia” from this business texted back asking if I still had interest. I told them No, to which more awkward and unprofessional messages came through. Not sure what sort of business these people are running where unprofessional texts are being sent to clients. If their marketing business practice is texting unnerving things at the beginning at the night, I would personally want nothing to do with them."

"Good until you need to make account changes. Needed to cancel membership after some unexpected expenses, so I called to do so. The front desk receptionist was not clear with cancellation protocol, and let me know that I was cancelled "no problem". Spoke with the manager when I was charged and she let me know, that I was not cancelled and they refused a refund."

"Stephanie was my injection RN for Botox and my first lip filler and she was amazing! Not only is the shape of my lips stunning, but she did an excellent job of educating me along the way. She checked in throughout the appointment on pain levels, and made sure I knew what options were available to keep me comfortable through the injection, which was such a thoughtful touch. Could not recommend her more! She and the front staff also made sure I was aware of the Alli promotions which was so thoughtful."
