"I don’t know who I had today but what happened to the hot water?! I had to ask twice and it was still too cold. I didn’t even get the deluxe so $50 for cold water and a broken massage chair was a bummer. She also hurt me. I was in too much of a rush to care and this isn’t there typical service either. It’s been days and my toe still hurts in the bath and with pressure. It is red now too so going to have to get it looked at. Updated my review to reflect the disappointment in this establishment. I have been coming here years and have only had bad service now two times. I’ll call and do an appt with Kelly from here on out. She would never. She’s the best, hot hot water and she does thin nails I don’t like it when the coat gets too thick."

"My daughter and I picked this salon as our normal one was closed. The gentleman that did my nails this evening was amazing. He took the time to make sure that they were perfect. The length and shape was spot onto what I wanted. The salon was clean staff was friendly and price was reasonable and comparable to other salons around the area. I would highly recommend this salon and will visit again"

"They always try and take everyone even when understaffed. Long waiting time, not too friendly. Went here a few times, and each time, it was something. It's time to switch nail salons. This last set was nothing close to what i asked for. Thick nails, very unorganized. And this place is very overpriced! $20 just to put nail polish on my little ones nails.. absolutely not. And to confirm, we were seen at this nail salon!! It's located in the shopping center close to Dollar Tree & Rainbow."
