"Dr. Bufford is the best! I have a former career working in the Aesthetic Industry, I met Dr. Bufford many years ago. October 2023 my Right Implant ruptured. I went back to the doctor who placed them in 1997! His Patient Coordinator was poor at communication and calls were not returned! I had been informed my implants were pulled off the market in 2019 and with a rupture, they needed to be removed. Frustrated I found myself recalling Dr. Bufford. I phoned his office. Vi, his Patient Coordinator was so compassionate. She worked me in timely as 2+ months had passed. Dr. Bufford recalled knowing me after many years! He made me feel comfortable knowing my circumstances. I am 2 months out from surgery and thrilled with my breasts!! They look great considering I chose not to replace the implants. "I recently had my breast implant removal (they were placed by a different doctor a little over a year ago) by Dr. Buford and everything went seamlessly! From the moment Vivan called me to set up the consult she answered all of my many questions and got me on the calendar. I met with she and Dr. Buford about a week later and discussed my plan. Dr. Buford has a confident and calm demeanor and you can tell he’s done this a thousand times. He never tried to talk me into replacing my implants and reassured me why he thought removal was truly the best move for my goals. I originally picked this practice because they offered in office removals, however, My case was too severe for that and for my comfort and safety I had to have this done at the Insight Surgery Center. Day before surgery at my pre-op he warned me that he would be quiet day of and that he wasn’t mad, just likes to be very focused and takes my safety seriously. I appreciate safety and was preparing myself not to take anything personally (since I’m usually too sensitive for my own good) but to my surprise I didn’t notice any change in his demeanor. He was smiling and confident when he came to chat with me shortly before taking me into surgery. I was in virtually no pain from the 2nd day on and healed quicker than I could have imagined. Alarie and Stef were super great about answering my email questions quickly and made my post op appointments quick and painless. Anissa walked me through my restrictions (or lack of) at my 28 day post op with relatability (she has had a similar procedure im considering way down the road) and confidence. Erin was also always super helpful getting me checked in and rescheduled for all of my appointments. From the day I submitted an online information request to today (one month post op) was less than 60 days. It was great to have such an open schedule to accommodate my coming from Colorado Springs for each and every appointment. Thank you Dr. Buford and team!!!"
