"I’ll let you be the judge… does this look like a $40 dollar pedicure or could I have done a better job doing my own nails at home? So disappointing considering the location is so beautiful and welcoming."

"I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. The customer service was lacking since the begging. You also can’t have a French manicure with a regular nail polish unless it’s a clear base?Despite paying extra for an extended massage during my mani-pedi, it turned out to be the same length as my friend's standard massage. To make matters worse, when I was about to leave, I noticed bubbles covering all my nails. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she initially blamed it on the shape of my nail and later claimed it was the 'style' of the polish, as if bubbles were intentional. Despite their supposed 7-day guarantee, the manager agreed to fix it only if I returned the next day, displaying an unhelpful attitude throughout. Disappointed with the service and lack of accountability."

"Will not be returning. I have bumps and debris / cuticle / fibers in my gel, the clear coat doesn’t cover the polish, and the polish doesn’t cover the nail. My toe nails are so short they’re painful, and my cuticles were barely touched, despite asking twice to clean them up more. The polish is uneven and sharp on the edges, so they’ll probably fall off this week and I’ve got nail file scuff marks in my polish from an attempt to make the edges smoother. I’ve been getting gel on natural nails for several years now and this is the roughest they’ve looked in a long time. Very disappointed that I wasted both my time and money on these nails that I’ll have to pay even more money to have someone remove tomorrow. If you expect your nails to have clean lines and smooth edges - don’t go here."

"I have had good experiences here but lately I've had some negative ones. Today's Spa Pedicure set me over the edge. The technician could not seem less interested to be there. She barely filed my nails, after I asked for them to be adjusted to the same length. All the nails are different lengths and one of the big toes is completely crooked and slanted. On top of that, the polish job is unacceptable and embarrassing. When I asked her about the polish job and if she could fix it she blamed my nails for the problems. Couldn't proper nail filing and buffing solve any bumps or crookedness with the nails? When paying I clearly was distressed about my toenails but no one seemed to care or inquire about why I was so upset. This service is embarrassing work for a beautiful establishment. I'm frustrated that I had to pay for such poor service."

"This was my first time coming here and I brought my mother as well. I have never paid more the $60 for my nails but this salon is well worth the money! Q was my nail teach and was so lovely and very careful with cutting my nails and using the buffer. She was beyond sweet. I showed her a reference picture for my nails and she did my nails better then the picture! I love my nails!! My mother and I are definitely coming back again!! The service was beyond great!"
