"It was my first time waxing my bottom legs, and I could do a better job shaving in less time. I can still see hair all over my ankles and knees. Is it normal to need to shave the hair splotches on your legs after paying $50 to get them waxed? It was an uncomfortable experience all around, especially when the cereoligist held the payment screen in my face, basically demanding gratuity. I recommend saving your time and money. Super disappointed."

"If I could give this place, zero stars I would. Save your money! Do not go to this facility for any waxing needs especially for eyebrow waxing. I went in a few months ago to get my brows waxed for an upcoming wedding I was in. The girl ended up, taking off about HALF of 1 of my eyebrows!! Now it takes me way longer to get ready, because I have to fill in my brow so much. Stay home and pluck your own eyebrows people!"
