"I took my son to get a haircut before school started and he received the worst haircut ever. We went in, talked to two people and my son explained how he didn’t want length taken off. We spent about 5 minutes going over what my son wanted. When my son was about to sit in the chair another stylist came in and the lady that was supposed to cut my son hair ask her if she’d cut his hair instead, and she agreed. That stylist cut his hair super short from the back and sides and left long bangs on him. I brought it up when paying, that my son wanted length and in a nonchalant voice said I will make a note for next time and shrug it off. I am very disappointed with the service and it seemed like no care was really given. My son isn’t too picky with his hair cut but likes length, and that’s the one thing that they did wrong. He got a haircut with bangs"
