"Shamai didn't want to honor my Groupon I paid $105 for highlights, conditioner, & blowdry/style. She wanted me to cancel my Groupon so she would get the full payment after advertising on Groupon. That's how I found her & made appointment. She asked me to pay again another $105 after doing my hair. I paid however I canceled my Groupon. I felt very uncomfortable with Shamsi and her questionable business practices. She did my hair but seemed in a hurry to get another client a haircut while I waited in the lobby. After my hair processed she washed & conditioned my hair quickly and while blow drying my hair on high, burned my scalp 4 times. Painful! I won't be back & reported her to Groupon regarding the double charges $105 x2 and traded in my voucher for credit on Groupon. Not to be trusted & unprofessional."

"She was very nice and friendly- really enjoyed the conversation. I found the place to be dirty. Little pieces of hair everywhere. The place seemed like it needed a good scrubbing. It might have been worth it with the Groupon deal I realized she had after I got my hair cut. But for a full price I didn’t think it was worth the money."

"Please Beware. I had microblading done with Shamsi two weeks ago and everything faded out. Initially there was no signs of hair strokes and I vocalized my complaint to her after washing the ink off my face which she told me to keep on for three days. She told me that she would re-do it for me. When I went to show her my eyebrows she blamed the fading and lack of strokes to a defective blade!!!!!! Seriously. I ask for a refund of the $300 I paid and she refused. Please don't waste your money and go to someone who has experience doing this...don't let her fool you with all that experience that she boasts about!!!"
