"Extremely disappointed with my entire experience this last Wednesday. Without going into the entire story; I’ll just say my tech was cold, rude and didn’t pay attention to detail at all. Dip job was sloppy and my cuticles were not even touched. When she was finished, she didn’t even bother to ask if I liked how my nails turned out. They are rough with dip over my cuticles and started cracking off about two days after. I am extremely disappointed…don’t waste your money."

"I came in and asked if they carried a certain brand and color they said yes. I needed a tip on one nail and while I was there I might as well shorten and shape everything a little. She cut all my nails off didn’t shape them, didn’t listen to me when I asked what she was doing, then didn’t even fix the broken one, now they’re basically all too short to put a tip on the broken one, but it’s still too short to match the rest. Then she put the wrong color on, I said something and she went back and grabbed another polish, still wrong, bc they didn’t have my color, then only put on two coats of a neutral color. Charged me $40 to literally ruin my natural nails. First time in my life I didn’t tip. Pretty sure I could have done this to myself at home for free."
