"I went for a consultation with Irene. She said she could do my partial highlight and very specific undercut A line. 8 1/2 HOURS and $450 later I have extremely fried hair, chemical burn all over my scalp and weird random layers everywhere! She is now extremely confrontational via text and refuses to reimburse me to pay to get at least the cut fixed as my hair is falling out and so over processed there is nothing to do about it. She keeps suggesting I come back for her to fix it...!!!!??? Like no. I will NEVER let you near my hair again! BEWARE of this person and any salon that will allow her to do this to people."
