"I LOVE her! Recently I went to a salon and spent over 400 dollars on what was supposed to be a balayage from a "balayage expert". My hair was ruined. The girl killed my hair from over processing. My hair was orange dead and brassy. I was devastated. I reached out to Natalia and showed her how damaged my hair was. She sat down with me and gave me suggestions on how to help the state of my hair weeks before my appointment. After my first appointment she made my hair look alive again. She has so much knowledge about what she does and is the most kind hearted person.
