"I was asked to pay before my services were even completed. My nails were still being done when she asked and when I told her I could not access my money due to my nails being worked on, she grabbed my wallet off the chair and went through it, asking me what color card I wanted to use. I nearly left in tears because I was not happy with my nails and didn’t feel like I could even address it since my money and tip had already been collected. When I did ask if I could come back for them to fix my nails she said it would be $45 which is 70% of the entire cost of my service."
