"I’m bummed about my experience here. I went in for a big change - cutting my hair from mid back length to a short bob. I really wanted a chin length cut, which I told the stylist. She cut it a couple inches longer than that. I told her before she blow dried it that I wasn’t happy with the length and she said let’s dry it and see, we can always cut more off. Once it was blowdried, I was still not happy with the length. At that point, she started looking at her watch and said that she wasn’t comfortable doing dry cuts so we could schedule another appointment for me to come back and take the additional length off. I felt like that offer was appropriate and fine and we went to the front counter to schedule the appointment for a couple of days later. However, I saw the stylist roll her eyes as she walked away, which did not make me want to go back so I later cancelled the appointment. It really felt like she just wanted me to say that the haircut was fine even though it wasn’t what I wanted. The haircut is fine, I’ve definitely had much worse. It’s just not what I wanted and a couple of inches make a big difference with a short haircut. The experience just tainted something I was really excited about and now I feel like I have to just live with the cut for a while because I don’t want to pay for another haircut immediately"
