"Not sure what S M was on about, but I've been coming here for about a year now and I've always been super happy with my nails. The people that work here are super sweet in general and are very reasonably priced considering the quality of their work. They're very flexible with appointments and are always open to new ideas when it comes to nail art and will try their best to give you what you want. Totally recommend to anybody wanting to get their nails done without paying a pretty penny, 10/10."

"1) Their nail polish selection was small, not too many choices compared to other salons. Some of the polishes I picked up to try were dried up and crusted. 2) The salon is filthy in general. What grossed me out was the floors were dirty, their work station spaces and hand washing station was dirty. The sink was dirty and the glass jar holding the blue cleaning solution for the nail brushes was dirty and caked with crusted hard water. 3) Didn't receive a warm welcome, the salon environment isn't comfortable or relaxing. It was dirty and too quiet with no music or TV turned on. My salon chair was missing part of the leather seat cushion, right down to the foam. 4) The nail stylist Kent was annoyed each time I asked him to polish to the end corner of the nail bed, which is pretty basic. I asked him to file nails a little shorter and his response was "no that's not good for you". He wasn't friendly at all, he was short and rude. I paid with my credit card and handed him a cash tip even though I was unhappy with the whole experience- he took the cash tip without even saying thank you. After my nails were done drying, I exited and nobody said thank you for coming in or have a great day which is basic customer service 101. There's a reason why only myself and one other person was there, it's just not a good salon at all. Save your time and money and go to another salon."

"So to start off the people at this nail salon are super nice and friendly. I went there to get a full set (btw I really recommend Kent he is really good and friendly) not very expensive for such great work!! Over all the environment is clean and the setup is wonderful. I Didn’t get a manicure I just got regular acrylic and he gave me a nice hand massage for free!! I am so so so soooo happy with my nails I can even tell you. I get so many compliments about them to. I really recommend this place if you want gorgeous nails on a budget. Will definitely be coming back soon. ❤️ I feel like every time I come back my nails look better and better. Kent is the best and makes sure that your happy and takes his time to make sure that its perfect."
