"Good service for nails I spent $48. The service was fast and detailed. The only issue for me was the owner has a dog in the store and for me thats just a no no. But she kindly brought it to another room. Unfortunately, with dogs of that size you never know how they could react."

"My friend and I went recently to get a regular pedicure. I had been a couple times before and it was my friends first time. We both asked for a regular pedicure ($40), with no polish, and instead of the time spent on polish asked if they can spend a little extra time on the leg massage. The service itself wasn’t exceptional, but what was very surprising is when they rang us up at the end they charged us $55. They said extra time for a massage = $15. We spoke with the women and expressed that we felt that was very misleading and wished they had been upfront and told us when we asked it would be an extra charge. Her response was that it was on us to ask and as she was in a rush to close up the shop and leave, she reached for my card and swiped. I spoke to the manager, Angela, the next day who also said it was my fault for not asking. I’ve never experienced such bad service and feel very misled. While $15 is not the end of the world, it does not feel good to feel taken advantage of. I will not be returning and recommend anyone reading this go elsewhere (there was another salon my friend and I went to nearby on central st in the highlands that we thought was much better). Angela - if you are reading this as I said on the phone, please be more forthcoming with your customers in the future and add this service/price you quoted us to your official services menu. It is the right thing to do by your customers and as an honest small business owner."

"Just about the worst pedicure and gel I’ve ever had. The gal didn’t even get the polish to my cuticle. Not to mention the gel lasted only 4 days before chipping. Plus she up charged me $7 for a 1 minute callous detail. $85 bucks down the drain."

"Been going to this place for years (since they opened but more frequently the last three years). It’s like my little escape. I’ve had regular manicure, gel manicure, pedicure done by a bunch of lovely people there. I do have a few favorites who are exceptional with their work. Angela the owner always treats me like her own, she is fun and is a wonderful person. She makes the place come alive whenever she’s around. Recently I had a beautiful nail art done that got so many compliments by strangers. It was My first time doing nail art with them. I definitely recommend this place if you enjoy a regular, or gel manicure, or regular or spa pedi."
